Bright salmon pink displaying aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry fruits with a fresh light doughy yeast character. Soft, fruity and round. Red berry fruits predominate finishing with a crisp natural acidity.

Free run from ripe shiraz fruit is cold fermented to retain freshness of varietal fruit. A bright fresh and fruity style of sparkling wine made from Shiraz. A light Rose style which is soft and flavoursome with a refreshing crispness when chilled.
