Semillon Chardonnay.

Brilliant straw colour. Lifted peach, pineapple and citrus aromas are found on the nose with hints of almonds and nougat. The palate is crisp and clean displaying fresh citrus, and tropical flavours well supported by subtle oak nuances.

Winemakers Comments

Ripe Semillon and Chardonnay are night harvested at optimum maturity to ensure the fresh fruit characters were maximised in the resulting wine. Careful juice handling along with temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and judicious blending further contribute to the retention of the fresh fruit qualities in the wine.

This wine is a fine accompaniment to anti pasta, BBQ'd chicken and squid.
